Loesche mill gas flow:

1.6 m3/kg for raw mill
2.2 m3/kg for coal mill
3.2 m3/kg for cement/slag mill

Corrected with grindability, the harder to grind, the more gas flow.

In the raw mill plant, we use vertical grinding mill and ball mill for cement further grinding. At this stage, vertical mill works by using the pressure of cylinder leakage to break the materials; ball mill is dependent on the steel ball grinding upon materials.
Zoneding Machine Grinding Equipment works with higher capacity and saves energy greatly by using an electrical automation system which optimizes the grinding process.
Apart in the raw mill plant, ball mill is also widely applied in the clinker grinding process. Here the cement clinker is grinded into fine powder together with other raw materials, such as gypsum.

Lipu Heavy Industry Co.,Ltd is a leading manufacturer of curshing, grinding, beneficiation and cement machines with advanced level in R&D.We employ the most current design and technical expertise, our machines are built for easy maintenance and long working life.

Grinding and Classification Process Procedures
In terms of dressing, using a grinding or two can put the economy grinding to a mineral Coke to any size needed. Two or more grinding, usually elected by the other requirements of the decision stage.
Period and compared to two processes, a grinding process of the main advantages are: less equipment, low investment, simple operation, do not stop because of a grinding segment to another segment of the work of grinding, less downtime losses. But the mill to the Coke particle size range, a reasonable ball hard, not easy to get the final product of smaller, low grinding efficiency.
When asked the maximum particle size of the final product of 0.2 ~ 0.15mm (or 60% to 79% -200 mesh), generally used a grinding process. Small factories, in order to simplify the process and device configuration, when the grinding fineness required 80% -200 mesh, we also used a grinding process. Two outstanding advantages of grinding can be smaller products, in different sections coarse grinding and fine grinding, especially for stage process.
In large and medium-sized factories, as required grinding fineness is less than 0.15mm (ie 80% -200 mesh), using two grinding more economical, and uniform particle size composition, was less than smashing. Under the first paragraph of the mill is connected with the classification of different ways, the two grinding process can be divided into three types: the first open; second paragraph of the entire house; first local house, and the second is always closed circuit grinding work process.

Sinoma places Dangote mill order with Loesche

Nigeria: German vertical roller mill (VRM) producer Loesche GmbH has been awarded a contract for five new VRMs from China's Sinoma International Engineering, which is building a two kiln extension to the existing Dangote Cement Ibese plant. Loesche previously delivered equipment for the first and second lines at the same plant.

The five VRMs to be supplied are two 450t/hr Loesche Mill Type LM69.9 for raw material and three 310t/hr cement LM 63.3+3C cement mills. As with previous work at Ibese, the high moisture of the material of up to 20%, the sticky nature of the raw material and the low grindability of the raw material represent special challenges for the project.

In addition to the mills and the mill motors, Loesche will deliver metal detectors and hopper discharge feeders. The supply of the equipment will be split between Loesche, which is supplying key parts, and a Chinese-manufactured portion arranged by Sinoma International under supervision of Loesche. Delivery is scheduled at the end of 2013.
